Important Tips

  • Join for collective Sahaja Yoga Meditations once a week. In - Person at the center would be best, else meditate online.

  • While meditating at home, sit Infront of the meditation photograph of Shri Mataji. You can ask for one if you do not have it, or download from below.

  • Having a schedule helps a lot, set aside 15 mins daily for meditation.

  • Foot soaking is a magic, practice it daily to establish balance and relaxation faster. Best is to do at the end of the day so the stress from the day can be all absorbed by water. You can download the instructions from below on how to foot soak if you need.

How to meditate at home ?

  1. Sit Infront of the meditation photograph of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.

  2. Raise Kundalini and take Protection (Instructions given below)

  3. Do Balancing (Instructions given below)

  4. Meditate in silence for a few minutes and let your Kundalini work it out. Key is to not focus or concentrate, but surrender to your Kundalini.

  5. Once done, again raise Kundalini and take protection as in step 2 above.

You can repeat all the steps 1 - 5 above while sitting in foot soak.
